We're only as good as our people. Every year, we need highly motivated individuals to become our Management Trainees.

We have our own unique comprehensive two-year training programme that gets right under the skin of our business.

It's challenging, varied and exciting, setting Trainees on the first rung of the management ladder with potential right up to director level.

You don't have to know anything about the building industry or be super qualified to apply. What you do need is initiative, ambition, a love of people and commitment to working hard. We'll help with the rest.

What we need

To become a Management Trainee, the basic requirements are:

• You must be aged 18 or over by 15th September 2008.
• Have 4 GCSEs including Maths and English. Equivalent qualifications are acceptable.
• Be able to drive. Trainees are based at different branches throughout the course and will need to travel.
• Be self-motivated and hard working.
