What's in it for you?
The scheme is a combination of in branch / store training and a recognised Management Qualification, these will be a combination of block release and assignments/projects in the workplace which will be completed during the two years.
You'll learn about the business at induction and training continues with you being matched to one of our specialist companies. We believe in hands on experience working in different sections of a branch / store to gain invaluable product knowledge, marketing and sales experience, customer liaison and staff management skills.
At the end of the course, you'll have all the necessary commercial and personal skills to work in a junior management position.
We advise and guide Trainees as much as possible with regular feedback and support. There are regular progress meetings in the Branch / Store and a written report at the end of each training module, these will give you the opportunity to discuss your development and how you feel you are doing in the scheme. At the end of twelve months, there's a one to one review with a member of the Management Trainee Team to assess individual performance, training progress and qualification aims.
