Management doesn't come easy, right? On or off the football pitch, Sanjeev's skills are expressed best when he's part of a team.

It can be all too easy to take a flier, but he knows without the trust of those around him, work - and play - would be a pain. That's where the Travis Perkins Training Scheme has been more than a means to an end. It's not just a job. Sanjeev's now got the skills to make the right decisions, at the right time. He says it's given him some great life skills, like 'how to delegate, work as a team and how to treat people within the company.'

Sanjeev, who has A' levels in Geography, Business Studies and ICT says working for such a prestigious company has given him some great friends and some much needed extra dosh in his pocket. It's about building for the future and making more of his opportunities - but not to the detriment of having fun. Good balance, that's what's required. On and off the pitch.
